     As a company that values ergonomics and user-friendliness, customer-friendliness is a high priority with us. Customer-friendliness includes, of course, protecting your privacy. What follows is an explanation of how we use the information we ask you to give us.

  We ask your name, address, phone number, credit card information, and email address (if you purchase on line). This information is used exclusively to fill your order, to get in touch with you if there is a problem fulfilling your order, and to email you a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

  Your credit card information is deleted from our records as soon as the transaction is completed.

  NONE of your personal information is EVER shared, sold, or rented to anyone.

  We ask you where you learned about us strictly to help us with our own private marketing efforts. If you don’t want give us this information, "I'd rather not say" is an acceptable response.

  If you purchase online on our secure server, we will require your email address. Again, this is primarily to insure that your order is filled properly and to send you a tracking number. However, we do send our email customers notice of special sales 1 to 3 times a year. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please let us know in the “special instructions” part of the order form, or at any time thereafter.

  We never use a testimonial from you without your explicit permission.
